Andrew Hampston
After practising yoga for 3 years, I became a certified instructor in 2003. Now, 15 years later, I lead programs across Sydney.
I’ve coached celebrities like Charlize Theron and Toby Maguire, proving everyone benefits from a healthy spine and peace of mind. My yoga philosophy is straightforward: each session is a rejuvenating overhaul. It improves flexibility, balance, and circulation. Finishing a session, I feel taller and re-energized.
Yoga is age-defying. I’m a modern yogi, appreciating green tea and lentils but also indulging in wine and steak. Life, like yoga, requires balance and flexibility.
Christian Ralston
Coming from a background in team sports and gym, I initially struggled with yoga due to my limited mobility. In my early days, I was surprised by the challenge of even the basic poses, given how well I knew my body. This realisation ignited a passion in me, driving me to attend class daily and dive deep into the world of yoga. The journey transformed not just my body but also my mindset, making me a more compassionate individual.
For the past ten years, I’ve taught yoga and have had the honour of training with yoga luminaries such as Maty Ezraty, Shiva Rae, and many others. Beyond yoga, I’ve drawn inspiration from Ido Portal, Hunter Cook (FRC), and Tony Robbins.
My mission is to make yoga accessible to all, blending engaging lessons with upbeat music to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Over the past 15 years, teaching yoga and Pilates has been my passion. In my classes, aspiring teachers benefit from my training sessions, and my shamanic breathwork meditation program elevates facilitators’ tools for transformation.
As the author of the best-seller “Sage Sapien: From Karma to Dharma” and a TedX Speaker, my influence extends beyond the mat. SAGE Shamanic Yoga Retreats, which I founded, offers transformative experiences worldwide.
The fusion of yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, and shamanic healing in my training guides individuals towards authentic, joyful living.
I’ve had the opportunity to partner with companies like Facebook and Nike, who highlight the breadth of my outreach.
Currently based in Sydney, my roots trace back to New York, with experiences spanning three continents.

Prioritizing oneself is vital for rejuvenating energy and enthusiasm. As a dedicated yoga and meditation instructor with over 20 years of personal experience, I offer tools to enhance wellness consistently.
From being introduced to meditation by my parents post a Depak Chopra retreat to my recent Kundalini Tantra training in India, my journey reflects growth both on and off the mat.
My teachings, derived from 1,000+ hours of training and diverse classroom experience across renowned institutions, blend ballet’s precision with playful creativity.
Featured in platforms like Stylerunner and Bowern Yoga, I cater to everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis, aiming to offer an escape from daily chaos.
Dani Rosenthal
As a mum and certified Polestar Pilates instructor, I’m thrilled to share my passion for movement and wellness. My love for Pilates ignited after hip surgery in 2014, a result of 15 years playing national-level water polo. Just two weeks of thrice-weekly mat Pilates drastically reduced my pain, serving as the perfect rehab.
Now, it’s more than just exercise; it’s daily nourishment for my body. I’m committed to helping clients discover their strength, fine-tuning both body and mindset to create a more positive, self-aware you.
