Andrew Hampston

After practising yoga for 3 years, I became a certified instructor in 2003. Now, 15 years later, I lead programs across Sydney.

I’ve coached celebrities like Charlize Theron and Toby Maguire, proving everyone benefits from a healthy spine and peace of mind. My yoga philosophy is straightforward: each session is a rejuvenating overhaul. It improves flexibility, balance, and circulation. Finishing a session, I feel taller and re-energized.

Yoga is age-defying. I’m a modern yogi, appreciating green tea and lentils but also indulging in wine and steak. Life, like yoga, requires balance and flexibility.

Christian Ralston

Coming from a background in team sports and gym, I initially struggled with yoga due to my limited mobility. In my early days, I was surprised by the challenge of even the basic poses, given how well I knew my body. This realisation ignited a passion in me, driving me to attend class daily and dive deep into the world of yoga. The journey transformed not just my body but also my mindset, making me a more compassionate individual.

For the past ten years, I’ve taught yoga and have had the honour of training with yoga luminaries such as Maty Ezraty, Shiva Rae, and many others. Beyond yoga, I’ve drawn inspiration from Ido Portal, Hunter Cook (FRC), and Tony Robbins.

My mission is to make yoga accessible to all, blending engaging lessons with upbeat music to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Dani Rosenthal

As a mum and certified Polestar Pilates instructor, I’m thrilled to share my passion for movement and wellness. My love for Pilates ignited after hip surgery in 2014, a result of 15 years playing national-level water polo. Just two weeks of thrice-weekly mat Pilates drastically reduced my pain, serving as the perfect rehab.

Now, it’s more than just exercise; it’s daily nourishment for my body. I’m committed to helping clients discover their strength, fine-tuning both body and mindset to create a more positive, self-aware you.

Ella Kauter

My life has always been centered around movement. I began as an acrobat and started performing professionally as a dancer on stage and television at just 12 years old. After school, I studied musical theatre, which led me to a career as a performer, living and touring in Southeast Asia for several years.

While traveling, I turned to Pilates to maintain my fitness. I found it to be the only practice I could do anywhere in the world that also supported the physical demands of performing multiple shows a day, all while managing the other challenges of life.

When I returned home, I decided to pursue my classical Pilates teacher training and diploma through Pilates International. During that time, I transitioned from performing to teaching and began training for triathlons.

My classes reflect my passion for dance, triathlon training, and musicality. I strive to create a fun, flowing, dynamic, and occasionally cheeky atmosphere in my sessions.

Brad Innes

I’m Brad Inness, an Australian with a diverse international career that has taken me through London, Berlin, Hong Kong, Belgium, and the US. My journey began in 2007 when I left Australia for my first contract with Royal Caribbean, which led me to London’s dynamic commercial and theatre scene, where I had the opportunity to work with artists like Franz Ferdinand and The Kooks.

I’ve performed at prestigious venues such as the Adelphi Theater, the West End, and Twickenham Rugby Stadium, and toured across England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Egypt, and parts of the Middle East in various productions. While in the UK, I began teaching and choreographing at several studios, collaborating with brands like Nike, Sweaty Betty, and Lululemon. This experience inspired me to curate Barre and Movement classes, which I continued to develop in Berlin and Belgium.

My path then took me to Hong Kong, where I participated in the opening ceremony of The Parisian Macau and transitioned into the corporate performing sector, showcasing my work in Hong Kong and Vietnam for companies such as Tissot and Lexus.

Since returning to Melbourne, I have further cultivated my passion for Pilates by completing an Integrated Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology, in addition to my Diploma in Dance. In 2022, I will be embarking on a Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies to expand my expertise even further.

I bring a playful, sweet, and strong approach to my practice, inviting you to tap into your inner power while providing a safe space to overcome fears and doubts. My unique blend of physical and spiritual teachings has helped countless students experience greater vitality, peace, and purpose in their lives.

As a Nigerian-American, I have been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching meditative movement since 2010 in classes, workshops, and retreats around the world. With over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training, I draw from ancient, ancestral, and modern techniques, infusing my classes with a rich variety of perspectives. My personal journey, especially the loss of my best friend’s mother, deepened my appreciation for life’s impermanence and the sacredness of each breath.

My philosophy, which I call “Innergy”—the balance of inner strength and energy—guides seekers toward ease and coherence in their lives. When I’m not teaching, you can find me exploring the world, studying with spiritual leaders, or taking walks in nature, always seeking new insights to share with my students.

As the founder of Yoga Innergy and creator of Chocolako Chocolates, LLC, I am committed to helping individuals discover their inner strength and flavor. I am a resident teacher and trainer at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali, where I lead regular classes and the 200-hour Womb Wisdom Wellbeing Yoga Teacher Training.

I hold an MBA from Bayes Business School, an MPH from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT500 and YACEP. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, I invite you to join me on an inspiring journey toward self-actualization.
