What is infrared heat?

Infrared gently heats your body from within. No harsh air, just a warm, energising environment that supports movement and recovery.

Yes. It’s safe, non-invasive, and widely used for health and therapeutic benefits.

  • Amplified calorie burn
  • Deeper detox
  • Pain relief
  • Improved flexibility
  • Better sleep
  • Enhanced circulation
  • Faster recovery
  • Boosted cardiovascular health
  • More energy and long-term body confidence

Three times a week is the sweet spot for sustainable results and steady progress.

Because infrared raises your core temperature, we don’t recommend training while pregnant. Always consult your GP.

What’s your cleaning protocol?

Our studio is cleaned between every class, with daily and weekly deep cleans to keep things fresh. Sanitiser and wipes are always available.

We use high-grade solutions that are effective, safe, and suitable for shared fitness environments.

We use air purification to support clean airflow and reduce airborne particles in class.

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can notify those who may have been exposed and follow health guidance.
